Art worked as a security guard at Ingersoll Rand in Athens and P&C for twenty plus years and he enjoyed being a friend and helper at friends and family farms. Art had a love for God, family, friends and life. He loved riding four-wheelers, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. Art had a big heart and would do anything for anyone fun loving personality and a love and affection for animals especially his dog Smoky. Art touched many lives with his love, courage, strength, fighting spirit and winning smile. Art was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He fought a long hard 2 ½ year battle with cancer, he never complained and was always kind and had a smile for everyone.
Arthur Keith Lattimer “Art”, age 50 of Gillett, went to be with his Lord on March 12, 2016. Art was born December 12, 1965 son of Linda & Donald Plouse, Sr. Art loved spending time at home with his loving parents and family.

Lowe, 34, Minersville, went home with his Lord and Savior, Feb. 14, 2016, at his home in Minersville after a courageous battle with ulcerative colitis and its complications.
Ronald was born May 13, 1981, in Sayre, a son of Robert L. and JoAnn R. Barrett Lowe. Ronnie graduated from Liberty Area High School, and received degrees in human resource and business from Bryant and Stratton College. He was employed by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Department in Chesterfield, Va. Ronald was a member of the Pine Grove Community Church and a former longtime member of Cogan House Christian Church. He enjoyed hiking, campfires, playing cards and games with his family and friends. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and always praised Him even in his last days. His gift of kindness he always used for the glory of Jesus. He was a very loving husband, faithful son and brother and dearly loved on every one of his many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Chelsea (Beach) Lowe; sisters, Shelley (Scott) Pequignot, Trout Run, Pamela (Norman Dwayne) Hicks, Williamsport, Lourrina (Raymond) Spotts, Trout Run; brother Rob (Deb) Lowe, Norwich, Conn.; mother and father-in-laws, Galen and Christina Beach, Williamsport; brother-in-law, Ron Crouch, Richmond, Va.; and many nieces and nephews, some in Springfield area. Ronnie was preceded in death by a sister Merri Crouch; maternal grandmother, Florence Hemenway Barrett, formerly of Canton; and paternal grandmother, Mildred Lowe. Sharon Jane Lattimer, 69, of Blossburg, formerly of Canton, died Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born September 24, 1946 in Lycoming County, a daughter of John and Frances Doughty. She was the widow of Harry Earl Lattimer who died on December 12, 2000. Sharon had been employed by Canton Manufacturing. She enjoyed playing video games, Pac-man, and watching Game Shows and Soap Operas. Mary Healey Livezey, 74, passed away at Danbury Hospital on November 14, 2015 with her loving husband, John by her side. Mary was born January 8, 1941 in Bronx, NY to the late Louis Healey and Irene Rohrs. She was a resident of West Redding for over 50 years and was a long time devoted volunteer at the Dorothy Day Hospitality House which provides meals and shelter to those in need. On Columbus day week-end, the family of Janice Wright Lowry will be bringing her ashes home to rest beside her parents in the East Canton Cemetery.
On Monday, October 12, 2015, at the East Canton Methodist Church Social Room beginning at 12:30 pm. Carl James Leitner, 101, of 270 Ridgecrest Circle in Lewisburg, PA, formerly of Troy, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at Riverwoods after a brief illness. Carl was born on October 15, 1913, in Sheridan, PA, the youngest child of the late Calvin S. and Elizabeth (Lape) Leitner. On October 27, 1944, he married the former Margaret Cornielson Erd, who preceded him in death on August 17, 2013. Beverly Leljedal, 73, life-long resident of Powell, and the beloved wife of Edward passed away peacefully at home on Saturday morning July 25, 2015.
Born December 26, 1941 at the family home in Powell, Beverly Ann was one of two children of the late Thelbert and Hazel (Gleason) Wright. After attending the Powell School, she graduated from Towanda High School with the class of 1960. On the evening of Saturday, May 23rd, 2015, Ruth (Dull) Lund of Forksville, formerly of Hatfield, passed away quietly at Darway Elder Care in Forksville. She was 85 years of age.
Born October 21st, 1928 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of John and Florence (Menzel) Dull. As a youngster she assisted in her family’s produce store in Ambler, as well as on her father’s huckster truck. Ruth graduated from Ambler High School with the class of 1948. On the morning of Saturday, April 18th, 2015, well-known Canton resident, Anthony L. Liberati, 89,passed away unexpectedly at his residence. Born in Jersey Shore, Pa., on January 28th, 1926, he was the son of Albert and Mary (Mancuso) Liberati. Known to family and friends as Tony, he devoted 14 years to the service of our country, serving in two branches of the armed forces during two wars. From 1944 to 1947 he served with the Naval Reserves, from 1949 to 1956 he served in the regular U. S. Navy and from 1956 to 1960 he served in the U. S. Air Force. In the early 1960’s he met a girl from Roaring Branch named Barbara (Dowling) and on July 23rd, 1966 they were married. Together they raised two sons and two daughters and shared 47 years until Barbara’s passing in 2013.
