Edward R. Long, of Route 414 Monroeton, Pa. (Powell) passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, after a short illness. 
Services will be private. A Remembrance Celebration of the life of Ed Long will be announced and determined at a later date. Memorial Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be directed to The Ulster Animal Shelter or to a charity of choice.

Eddie “Tex” Hicks, 88, beloved husband of Janice (Hagar) Hicks, of Roaring Branch, Union Township, PA “Gone Home” early Monday morning, April 27, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

On April 8, 2020, Lorraine Fowler, 91, of Towanda, Pa. passed away peacefully at home.
She was born on March 27, 1929, in Milwaukee, Wis. Her early years were spent in New York City where she often spoke fondly of her childhood. She often attended movies, theater, concerts, museums and was an avid reader. She was educated at St. John’s Episcopal School of Nursing and became a registered nurse.

Lee E. Taylor, 94 of Binghamton went to be with his Lord on Fri. April 10, 2020.  He was predeceased by his wife, Doris P. Taylor.
He is survived by his 3 children, Linda Johnson, Elmira, Gary Taylor, Horseheads, Debra Taylor, Elmira, 5 grandchildren, 9  great grandchildren, 2 brothers & sisters-in-law, Al & Betty Taylor, Canton, PA, Duane & Juanita Taylor, Grover, PA, a sister, Faye & Barry Hartman, Danville, PA and also several nieces and nephews.  He was a member of Grace Point Baptist Church and a retired member of Teamster Local 693.

A funeral service was held for Mary Ellen Thomas, 80, at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at the Gorman Funeral Homes – Converse Chapel with Pastor Todd Weber of the Congregational United Church of Christ officiating.  Internment was held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at the Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton, Wyoming

Timothy “Tim” Castle, 57, of Canton, Pa. passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at the Highlands Care Center in Laporte, following a courageous battle with cancer.
