Born on December 5, 1941 in Philadelphia, Bill was a son of the late William Charles and Tillie (Bell) Judge. After High School graduation, he served our country with the U.S. Air Force.
On March 14, 1963, he married the former Dolores June Forse in Salisbury, MD. Bill will be remembered as a hard worker and a man devoted to family. In addition to working for Sears & Roebuck Co. for over 28 years and retiring as a supervisor in 1992, Bill also delivered appliances during the evening, establishing his own trucking company located in the Philadelphia area. In 1992, he and Dolores moved to Bradford County where they established and operated Judge’s Secondhand Store near Canton. He especially enjoyed family outings at their home and times spent being busy with a project.
In addition to his beloved wife Dolores “Dolly”, surviving are his children: Bill Judge, Philadelphia and Joe (Susan) Judge, Scotch Plains, NJ; four grandchildren; Stephanie, Katie, Michael and James; four siblings; Diane (Tom) Nestel, Durham, PA, Dan (Linda) Judge, Philadelphia, Jeff (Kathy) Judge, Lansdale and Kevin (Sara) Judge, Philadelphia, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pastor Ron Bly will officiate a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Apr. 14, at Pepper Funeral Home & Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Dr. Canton.
