William Allison was born July 18, 1944, in Elmira, N.Y., to the late William A. and Mildred (Cole) Spencer. On May 3, 1963 he married the love of his life Connie Ayres in Canton, Pa. He also owned and operated, along with his wife Connie, the family’s dairy farm in Granville Township, Pa. for 25 years.

Bill’s family and their well-being was of the utmost importance. He loved spending all the time he could with his family especially his grandchildren, which he loved dearly, and truly enjoyed supporting their sporting events that they were involved in.
