Teresa Ann Malik, 58, Columbia Cross Roads, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre.
She was the loving mother of Tariq and Nikki; loving Nana of Anthony, Lilly and Devon; loving companion, Ray, and her loving dogs. She is also survived by brothers, Ralph and Chuck; sisters, Janet, Karen, Bonnie, and several special nieces and nephews.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Diane.
