Ruth (Rockwell) Manley, 93, of Troy, passed away peacefully at home, January 13, 2015.
Ruth was born September 21, 1921 in West Burlington, PA daughter of the late Joseph & Bessie (Welch) Rockwell.
She was a graduate of Troy High School and married W. Edward Manley on April 20, 1940. Together they worked their family Dairy Farm on East Main Street in Troy.

Ruth was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Troy and enjoyed flowers and gardening. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service that will be held later in spring in Glenwood Cemetery.
Surviving are sons, Joe Manley, Troy, Jerry Manley, Troy; daughters and sons-in-law, Ann (Harry) Derck, Hemet, CA, Phyllis (DeWayne) Low, Howey in the hills, FL and Susan Farrell, Apalachin, NY; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
Ruth was predeceased by her parents, a brother Arthur Rockwell, her husband W. Edward Manley on February 2, 1999 a granddaughter Nicole May and son-in-law, Jerome Farrell.
