Rosa L. Packard, age 97 of Gillett, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at the Bradford County Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mae Case and Edgar Morley; husband, Stanley “Pete” Packard; sisters, Vera Mahar and Marcella Rutty; brothers, Rocky, Danny and Emerson Rutty; granddaughters, Donna Kendall and Patricia Packard; and son-in-law, Rich Lumbard.
Rosie is survived by her children, Linda Getola, Nancy (Wendell) Kendall, Richard (JoAnn) Packard and Dale (Luzmila) Packard; grandchildren, Chris, Brian, Don, Jeff, Brad, Wendy, Carol, Keith, Nicole, Gwendolyn and Zachary; 25 great-grandchildren; sisters, Beverly Allen, Lucy Sullivan and Jane (Ed) Moore; and many nieces and nephews.

Rosie grew up on Wheelerville Mountain and spent much of her time with Grandma Hipple. She had many interests but her passions were flowers and sewing. She enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren at the same time! She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed by all.
