Robert Dean Earle, 86, of Troy, Pa., passed away on December 30, 2014 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, N.Y.
Robert was born on July 14, 1928, a son of the late Walter and Sara Mea (Carl) Earle.

He served as a radio controller in the Armed Forces. Bob was an avid hunter, trapper, and fisherman in his younger days. Enjoyed golf, bowling and was a member of Terrace Lanes hall of fame.
Robert worked as a machinist for Westinghouse 23 years and served as a Union Stewart for IBEW.
For the last 10 years Robert raised veal on his farm and was a member of the national meat board.
Robert was pre-deceased by his wife of 40 years Wilma (Blaney) Earle in 1990; his parents Walter and Sarah Earle; brothers Kenneth Earle, Charles Richard Earle, Bruce Earle, Walter Earle Jr., and John Earle.
Surviving are children Jeff Earle, Gary Earle, Patricia Holley, and Steven Earle; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, special friend Janis Cole and many friends.
