Robert Paul was born in Troy, PA on March 29, 1961, he was a son of the late Shorty and Nancy (Foust) Palmer.
Bob was a person that loved to be on the move. He was raised near Alba, PA but then moved around the country until settling down in Massillon, OH in 2014. As a young man, Bob graduated from Canton High School with the class of 1979, receiving the “most mischievous” senior personality. While at CHS he was a “stout hearted warrior” actively participating in the football, wrestling and track programs.
He served in the United States Army, 82 Airborne Division and was a 32-degree F&AM, Trojan Lodge 306 and AASR, Valley of Williamsport. He was formerly a V.P. of Sales for Roll-Tite. He currently worked for E-Tank.
His family invites friends to attend a memorial service in celebration of Bob’s life at 1 p.m.,, April 7th, at the Canton Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with its Pastor, Rev. Nancy Beahm officiating.
A time of visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of the service.
A private burial will be held in the Windfall Cemetery at a later date.
