Rebecca A. Phares, 64, Gillett, PA passed away November 18, 2015 at the Robert Packer Hospital.
She was born September 10, 1951 daughter of Cathy Weed and the late Chuck Weed. Rebecca was a homemaker and loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed reading.

Survivors include her husband Ricky Phares, Gillett; mother Cathy (Jim Morgan) Weed, Troy, PA; daughters, Samantha (Tom Walker) Schreiber, Pine City, NY, Elizabeth (John) Ackerman, Lowman; son James Phares, Gillett, PA; brothers, Larry Weed, Lynchfield, PA, Gary Weed, Ridgebury, PA; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rebecca was predeceased by her father and a sister Hope Kronita.
A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. 14894.
