She was married to Ralph Crane, with whom she raised four children and would have celebrated their fortieth wedding anniversary this year.
Although known for being strong-willed and a fighter, Phyllis was always among the first to help those in need. She would go out of her way to assist someone, even to the point of denying herself. But her greatest source of joy came from her beloved family, who stood by her side until the Lord took her home.
Among her survivors are her husband, Ralph, at home; son Christopher, Canton; daughters Kathy (& Jason) Kithcart, Sayre, Becky (& Greg) Leljedal, Troy and Bonnie Ellers, as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Phyllis’ wishes, there were no calling hours and all services were private.
Arrangements were under the care of the Morse and Kleese Funeral Home, Canton.
