Marian S. Martin, 83, of Monroeton (Franklin Twp.) went home
to her Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at her home while surrounded by family.
Marian Stauffer was born January 5, 1932 in Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) a daughter of the late Enos and Anna (Stauffer) Good and was the step daughter of the late Elizabeth (Graybill) Good.
Marian was a 1950 graduate of the Manheim High School. Shortly following graduation she married the love of her life, Richard Martin and together they shared over 63 years and raised three children.
Mrs. Martin was employed by Bradford County and worked as a Home Health Aide for 27 years until her retirement.

Marian was very active in the community and among family and her many friends. She was a faithful member of the West Franklin Mennonite Church and Canton Mennonite Church.
Surviving are: husband, Richard at home; children and their spouses, Donald (Debra) Martin, Mainesburg, Lois (James) Bowman, Lancaster, Wilmer (Lorraine) Martin, Monroeton; 13 grandchildren, Amber Martin, Heaven Martin, Donovan Martin, Rhonda Hostetter, Melissa Martin, Lorene Good, J. Curtis Bowman, Bethany Martin, Daryl Bowman, Jason Martin, Kyle Martin, Katrina Martin, Justin Martin; 13 great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Melvin (Irene) Good, Canton, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, Marian was predeceased by a grandson, Ryan Dodge.
The funeral was held January 3 at the Canton Mennonite Church, with her Pastor Darren Peachey officiating. Burial was in Beech Flats Cemetery, Canton Twp.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial be made to the Canton Mennonite Church P.O. Box 43, Canton, PA 17724.
