David “Dave” S. Densmore Jackson, 38, Gillett, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 9, 2018.
He was born on May 13, 1979 in Sayre, PA, the son of Stanley and Barbara (Stetson) Densmore.
Dave was a Truck Driver, most recently employed with Matthews Trucking. He loved spending time with his family and friends on the 4-Wheelers and sitting around the bonfires. He enjoyed fishing. Dave could always be counted on to pull a prank on anyone available and no one ever could avoid being on the receiving end of his “wet-willies”.
He is predeceased by his father; Stanley Densmore, brother; Toby Densmore, paternal grandfather; Joseph Densmore, maternal grandmother; Mary Stetson, and several aunts and uncles.
David is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years; Bambi at home; children; Kreyanna Jackson and Bradley Pequignot, Blossburg, Shynell Jackson and Tyler Nemeth,Towanda, and Joslyn Jackson at home; mother; Barbara Jackson, Binghamton, NY; step-father and step-mother; Sam and Sheila Jackson, Hornell, NY, and paternal grandmother; Iva Austin of Florida.

At David’s request, there will be no calling hours or services. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens.
