Elma Fulkerson, 92, longtime resident of East Point, passed away March 7, 2018 at Manor Care North in Williamsport.
Born in Union Township, Tioga County on October 3, 1925, Elma Arlene was a daughter of the late Fred and Edna Reed.
In 1943 she married the late Laverne Fulkerson and they raised six children. In addition to caring for family and home, Elma worked for Brodarts and Wundies.
She was a member of East Point Methodist Church and their Pollyanna Group.
Elma enjoyed spending time with family, friends, brothers and sisters. She and Laverne also liked to take trips to Thousand Islands.
Surviving are children; Harold (Mary Jane) Fulkerson, Roaring Branch, Brentha (Richard) Snyder, Turbotville, Wilma Schmouder, Morris, Connie (James) Champaign and Royal Fulkerson all of Roaring Branch; 11 grandchildren' numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, siblings, James Reed and Daniel (Sonny) Reed all of Linden, Betty Reibson, Forksville and Lydia Roupp, Williamsport, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pastor Lenore Hosier officiated a memorial service at East Point Methodist Church, March 13.
Burial in East Point Cemetery will follow.
