He was a retired Trooper with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Police and a graduate of Steelton Highspire High School and the Pennsylvania State University.
Luke loved being around people and could find the good in anyone. He loved a good book, a good cigar, good conversation, and Happy Valley. But more than anything, he loved his family and was a devoted husband and father.
Luke was born in Harrisburg to Effie R. (Hobble) Spaseff of Steelton and the late George A. Spaseff. Additionally, he was preceded in death by a grandmother Anna (Cvijic) Spaseff.
In addition to his mother, Luke is survived by his wife Robin L. (Deitrick) Spaseff; daughters, Taylor B. Spaseff and Amanda R. Spaseff, both at home; cousin, who was like a brother Mark Spaseff and wife Sue, Lansdowne; uncle and aunt, Phil and Phyllis Spaseff, Harrisburg, with whom he was very close; and brother Andrew W. Spaseff, Steelton.
Committal service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
