Kathy E. (Robbins) Appel, 50, Vero Beach, Fla., passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at her home.
Kathy was born Oct. 31, 1965 in Sayre, Pa., daughter of Richard Robbins and the late Sharon I. (Nichols) Robbins.
Kathy was a graduate of Troy High School and moved to Florida in 1983.
She enjoyed her pet cockatiel and watching wildlife, especially birds, squirrels and chipmunks.
Survivors include sister Ilene Y. Roberts, Troy, brothers Jeffrey (Nancy) Robbins, Rome and Brian H. (Shannon) Robbins, Troy; father Richard Robbins, Troy; stepchildren, Sara and Charles of Fla., and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Hillside Cemetery, Big Pond, Pa.
