Born in Troy on June 6th, 1946, she was the daughter of John and Helen (Cole) Perry.
Joan worked as a healthcare aide and was employed at Bradford County Manor for several years.
She enjoyed fishing and observing the beauty of nature, and would watch the hummingbirds for hours on end.
She was the kind of person who personified the expression, "to know her was to love her." She had a quick sense of humor and made friends instantly with everyone she met. Joan was always ready to help those in need.
