
Jeff was born on July 15, 1995 in Sayre, son of Earl J. Seelye of Sugar Branch Lake and Catherine (Clark) Seelye of Sylvania. He attended Troy High School and was Christian by faith. He enjoyed gaming on his X-Box, fishing, and camping with his family.
Surviving are his parents Earl J. Seelye and Catherine (Dan Worden) Seelye, Sylvania; daughter Kennedy; step children Latreya and Tyler Barrett; brother Sherman Payne, Washington State and sister Michele (Robert) Boyer,Towanda; grandmother Phyllis Seelye, Lawrenceville, uncles and aunts: Greg (Carol) Button, Lawrenceville, Mike (Karline) Clark of South Dakota, Brian Seelye, Blossburg, Phyllis Parker, Galeton, Melonie Smith of New York State, and Kathleen Seelye, Lawrenceville, several other nieces nephews and cousins, and special friends Kelly and Brandi Fitzwater and Austin and Abbigayl Brown.
Jeff was preceded in death by great grandparents Herbert and Ruth Well, grandmother Florence “Toots” Clark, grandfathers Art Clark and James Seelye, and “Grandma Connie Lee”.
The funeral service was held on April 5, at the Sylvania Church of Christ with Rev. George Ogden officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., Troy.
