She was the daughter of the late, Arthur and Carol Kipp born on March 18, 1966. Hope was a 1985 graduate of Canton Area Junior-Senior High School. She fought a short, but treacherous battle against small cell cervical cancer. Her strong-willed and determined attitude never wavered and was inspiring to all around her.
Hope's greatest love was her family and friends. She loved having big family dinners and playing games. You could always find her laughing at a great inside joke or listening intently to a loved one's story. She was the kind of person that you could talk to and know that she truly cared about what you were saying and would try to help you in any way possible. One of her favorite past times was going on dinner and movie dates with her husband, Frank. She also loved preparing for vacations by shopping and getting pedicures. Traveling was important to her. She loved going to the beach, relaxing poolside and soaking up the sun. Her favorite vacation spot being Cancun, Mexico where she had travelled to multiple times.
Hope was always a leader in every sense of the word. She served as a Girl Scout leader when her niece wanted to join, but there wasn't a leader to do so. She was very passionate about all the young women she worked with and helped. She loved them as her own and went above and beyond for all of their needs. She later became the local Service Unit Manager for all of the Girl Scout troops in the area. Continuing with her love for children, Hope taught pre-school for several years while living in Ocala, Florida.
Hope was predeceased by her grandparents, Evan and Lula B. Jenkins; Mother and Father, Arthur and Carol J. Kipp; Father-in- law, Frank M. Amedeo, Sr.; and niece, Olivia Spencer.
