He was a kind soul, always doing for others. He could be found driving friends and acquaintances to doctor appointments and running errands. Harold enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved going to yard sales, collecting antiques, playing cards, and just spending time with family.
After graduating from Towanda High School, Harold served in the United States Army and was stationed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Over the years, he worked for Kennedy Valve, Taylor & McCarty’s, and Masonite and was self-employed as a landscaper and groundskeeper.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Edna Bronson, dear sisters Aileen (Clarence) Isbell and Margaret (Ivan) Teeter, his beloved brother and best friend, Thomas (Betty) Bronson, and special niece, Audrey (Jerry) Allen.
A gathering of friends and family will take place at the Saco Hill Church, Covered Bridge Road, Ulster, on Saturday, April 23, at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Harold’s memory to the Bradford County Humane Society P.O. Box 179, Route 220, Ulster, PA 18850 or the Animal Care Sanctuary P.O.
