Earl C. Werner, 75, of Millerton, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Dar-Way Elder Care in Estella.
Born May 14, 1939 in West Orange, N.J. Earl was the only child of Earl and Lillian (Voorhees) Werner. Although he could be set in his ways, Earl was known to be kind, easy-going and a gentleman. His interests included reading and art.

Surviving are two cousins, Marie (Ron) Phillips and Maude Werner all of Vernon, VA, several dear friends; Fabian Serpa of Millerton, Judie Bertani of South Carolina, Linda (Ed) Stewart of Pine City, NY and Mark Voorhees, his family (Audrey, Austin, Olivia and Dylan) all of Pine City, NY. Also like family to Earl were the caretakers and staff at Dar-Way Elder Care who took wonderful care of Earl.
As per his wishes, there will be no public services. Those who wish may make a memorial in Earl’s name to a charity of one’s choice.
