David was born on November 27, 1935, and was the oldest son of Albert A. Drasher and the late Catharine Shellhammer.
He enjoyed carpentry and fabrication. He loved to work with his hands making whatever he could whether it was rebuilding parts to machinery or building buildings.
He enjoyed hunting, especially at the Adams residence in Roaring Branch, where he later resided in 2000.
He worked for Jones Motor and Duie Pyle and worked at Highlands Orchards where he later retired.
David was a sweet guy with a kind heart who enjoyed telling stories of his past and the adventures and sights he saw as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Catharine Drasher; brother, A. Charles Drasher; wife, Edna Drasher; and step granddaughter, Nicole Murray.
As his wished, he will be cremated and placed with his parents in Pine Grove Cemetery, Berwick, PA.
