Born July 18, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio where he lived most of his life until he met his wife Toni and moved to Williamsport.
Chuck was a graduate of Firelands High School, Ohio. He was currently employed at UPMC Susquehanna for the last 13 years. He loved driving his patients in his cancer van and loved his SHREMS family. He also previously worked as an usher at the Crosscutter baseball field for several years.
Chuck had a heart of gold. He was always there to help anyone who needed it. He loved watching and coaching basketball. He was a diehard Ohio State sports fan. He loved camping, working on his model railroad, going to Crosscutters baseball games, and playing video games. While living back in OH, he was a trophy dart league player and loved to go bowling.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his two sons Matthew and Nicholas Bailey; a daughter Christine Bailey; a brother Harold Bailey; his in-laws Gary and Linda Urban; brother-in-law Timothy Urban (Stacey); his nieces and nephews; and his feline companions.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
