Charlie was a devout Christian his entire life and was very active in church activities. He loved to entertain people with his muscial talents on the accordion and harmonica.
Charlie was predeceased by his wife of over 40 years of marriage, Geraldine (Woodward) Webster, in 1999; a brother, Donald Webster; brothers-in-law, Thad L. Woodward and Carl S. Woodward.
Charles is survived by a son, Jeffrey Charles Webster; a niece, Kathleen High; and nephews, Bradley Woodward and Thad E. Woodward; and special life-long friends, Marjorie (Denkenberger) Pratt and Ruth (Denkenberger) Wicker.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Woodland Crematory, Gotha, FL.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date and burial will be at Windfall Cemetery, Windfall, PA.
