Charles, known as Chuck, was born and raised in Canton, the son of Dorothy Dann and Charles Arthur (Art) Bullock. He graduated from Canton High in 1948, then graduated from Franklin and Marshall in 1954 with a bachelor’s degree in History. While there he joined the Air Force ROTC and graduated as a commissioned officer.
Chuck attended and graduated Air Force Flight School, jet fighter class 56-b at Webb Air Force Base, TX. He flew to Air Force bases around the world, particularly Washington D.C., Japan and Korea. He loved flying and was very proud to serve his country. While stationed in Washington D.C., he attended the University of Baltimore and earned his law degree, while starting his own family of two daughters and a son. Chuck retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel.
In 1978 he moved to Glendale, CA, locating close to his sister, Donna Bullock Ziel, her husband Harry and their 7 children.
He enjoyed many years of special times and loving relationships with his family.
Chuck is survived by his sister; his three children; his seven nieces and nephews; three grandchildren and many grand- and great-nieces and nephews;
A military service was held on Dec. 17, 2016 at Forest Lawn in Glendale, CA.
