Alice M. Snyder, 86, Milton, passed away March 21, 2018 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
She was born October 18, 1931 in Freeport, Long Island, NY, a daughter of the late Paul and Caroline (VanNostrand) Satteson. On July 25, 1949 she married Elwood W. Snyder, who survives. Together they celebrated 68 years of marriage.
Alice attended Milton schools. She worked for 18 years at the former Canford Manufacturing, Canton. She spent most of her life raising and caring for her family.
She was of Presbyterian faith, formerly attending church in Canton.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Linda Snyder, Millerton and Randy and Lisa Snyder, Huntington; daughter, Darla May, Milton; brother and his significant other, Richard Satteson and Beryl Beaver, New Columbia; sister, Faye Satteson Springer, Milton; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will be held privately in Beech Flats Cemetery, Canton.
