The fuel bid from Williams Oil Co. for 5000 gallons more or less of diesel off road fuel was accepted. The terms call for delivery biweekly, winter blend when needed starting delivery after March 9, 2015: Bid was $2.5405 per gallon for a total of $12,702.50
The Supervisors applied for a grant in September 2014 from the Endless Mountain Visitors Bureau to install a sign at the township building. In January 2015 the Bradford County Visitors Bureau approved the application. The Township has till January 2016 to complete the project.

A motioned to accept the quote from Tod Everts was approved.
The Supervisors adopted Resolutions for a Schedule of Flood Plain Permit Fees and Hazard Mitigation Plan.
Township Supervisors and the Township Planning Commission agreed last month that the Assessment Permit definition should be the same as the Troy Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance 2011-01.
A motion was approved to accept definition changes for Assessment Permit to be the same as the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
Troy Township Planning Commission gave conditional approval for Troy Vet Land Development and Martha Lloyd Land Development.
The Township received paperwork from Talisman and Chesapeake concerning gas well activity in the area.
Approval was given to pay the bills.
