For a scary good time, come to the Bradford County Library’s Spooktacular Halloween Bash on Wednesday, October 28th at 6 p.m. for grades first through third. Listen to some haunted tales, play games, and enjoy snacks. If you wish, arrive in costume and sport your festive spirit. Registration is not required but recommended.

Dan & Betsy Clark of Ralston celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 12, 2015. They were married by Rev. Robert Nealon at St. Aloysius Church in Ralston, where they are members. Betsy is the daughter of the late Leona (Saxon) and Milton "Bip" Mansuy. She graduated from Canton High School in 1961 and the former Williamsport School of Commerce in 1963. She retired from the Canton Guthrie Clinic in 2005. Dan is the son of the late Marjorie (Phillips) and Donald Clark. He graduated from Canton High School in 1957, served in the Army for two years, and retired in 2001 from Citizens & Northern Bank in Ralston. These are the beneficiaries of the 2014 Wheel Inn Benefit Softball Tournament: Brendon Cohick, Lindsey Cohick, children of Cindy Jennings, Eddie Holmes, Andy & Patty Yaggie, Janie & Quin Zeigler, Ralston Little League; Scott Jennings, Byron Gowin, David Myers, Chris Schmelzle. The 2015 Wheel Inn Benefit Softball Tournament will be held July 25 and 26. The Lycoming College Dean's List is issued at the close of each semester in recognition of superior scholarship. Students make the Dean's List if they complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a minimum grade point average of 3.50 for the semester.
