Membership Committee Report- • Paid Members (Goal 100)-12 paid members at this point. 100 plus membership packets have been sent, however, there has been a delay with the postal service. There will not be a delay next year as the membership drive will begin in December.
• First Time Members (Goal 20)-they have five first time members: Shaw’s Furniture, Solid Ground Services, BTG Technology Solutions, Elmira College Office of Continuing Education and Graduate Studies, & VanSant Productions. • Renewal with Gap in Membership-One returning member: Grange Mutual Fire Insurance Company
• 2015 Plaque & Stickers will be distributed once membership dues are received.

• If you would like flyers, events, promotions posted to the website and social media, send to Chris, Website and Social Media Chair caoconnor17724@hotmail.com. Send anything you can in a .jpeg file so it can be easily posted.
Gift Cards-There will be a letter in your membership packet describing the Chamber of Commerce Gift Card program. If you do not wish to participate, please not this on your membership application.
Membership Packet Report-Packets have gone out, but with delay due to USPS. 2015 Membership Form is available on the Chamber of Commerce webpage.
SBDC-Small Business Networking Session will be held on April 13th from 10am-11:30am. Events-Maple Festival Gate-The events committee will be seeking volunteers to work at the Maple Festival on April 26th. There will also be a Maple 5k at 9:00am!
Since there was a delay in membership packets being delivered, the deadline to be included in the brochure will be extended. There won’t be any opportunity to advertise in the brochure this year as they will need the space to categorize & list numerous members!
The Coppertree was voted to be the ornament as it is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The Sale Barn to be the 2015 building. There was a question as to whether or not the sale of the buildings would assist in fundraising for the Sale Barn. Once pricing details are determined, it will be brought to a chamber vote.
Robyn Chamberlain reported on the Tourism Board. A board has been established and they will be seeking an Executive Director in the near future.
The next meeting will be, May 6.
