The 2005 Tahoe was driven 57 miles and the Ford cruiser was driven 1,018 miles.

Car hauler hung up at intersection of East Main and Paine;
Pick-up truck struck rear of a motor vehicle that was stopped to make a left hand turn at the intersection of John and East Elmira Streets.

Vehicle driven in a reckless manner caused an elderly woman to fall at the intersection of Fenner and Elmira Street.

Chief Morelli reported that he is working with Borough Manager Dan Close with respect to accreditation.
Mansfield Municipal Police Academy will be graduating their 32nd class on October 9. Chief Morelli hopes to pick up a second full-time officer from that list of graduates.
An "Active Shooter" reality-based training at Troy High School and Elementary School is scheduled for November 9.
Chief Morelli reports that traffic flow on High Street at the conclusion of the school day seems to be moving well. No complaints have been received from residents or the school district.
The Patrol Personal Computer has been installed in the Ford cruiser. It is functional but Chief Morelli is working to obtain a server to link the station computer with it. This would allow for most reports to be done in the field and will minimize time spent in the station.
