The event will feature dozens of state and local agencies, area businesses and health organizations providing information and answering questions important to senior citizens.
“The expo will provide a great opportunity for seniors throughout the district to get information on a variety of local and state programs and services available to them at one convenient location,” said Baker. “It also will allow me the opportunity to talk with local residents about issues important to them and answer any state government-related questions they may have.”
Admission is free and light refreshments will be served. Free shuttle bus service will also be available from area parking lots around the school.
The event is being co-sponsored by the Elder Services Work Group of the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health.
