During the course of the investigation members of the Drug Task Force developed probable cause for a search warrant at Stroud’s residence in Granville Township. As a result of the investigation, Stroud was charged with numerous felony drug related offenses.
While Stroud was incarcerated at the Bradford County Correctional Facility, she was charged by the Pennsylvania State Police with an additional felony for being in possession of a controlled substance while incarcerated.
On Nov. 10, 2021, Stroud plead guilty to the felony charges of Delivery of Controlled Substance (fentanyl), Delivery of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of Contraband While incarcerated. Stroud was sentenced on Jan. 10, 2022 to a State Correctional Facility for a minimum of 66 months to a maximum of 204 months.
