John Mosser was awarded the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Lifetime Achievement award, a citation from Senator Yaw and also a citation from Representative Owlett.
“It’s always been a pleasure to work for the borough,” said Mosser. “And the county. I was fortunate to have a lot of good people work for me. They are dedicated and put in a lot of time. They serve the county and the borough with great distinction. I’m proud I served with them.”
Council was taken outside to show Mosser and his family the new sign the borough had completed. Borough secretary Amy Seeley designed the sign with the help from Moose’s in honor of Mosser.
