State Rep. Matt Baker (R-Tioga/Bradford/Potter) said it was announced that more than $19.8 million in impact fees from Act 13 are coming back to the counties and municipalities that make up the 68th Legislative District.

The class has been scheduled in honor of National CPR and AED (automated external defibrillator) month. The session takes place from 9-11 a.m., Saturday, June 13 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center’s Petrie East conference room.
Arnot Health and Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) will hold “Moonlight and Miracles “Party in Paradise” from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29th at the Hill Top Inn. Arnot Health is holding a free health screen to detect skin cancer. The event takes place from 5 – 7 p.m., May 18 at the Falck Cancer Center, located on the Arnot Ogden Medical Center main campus at 600 Roe Avenue, Elmira.
The screening is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who does not have a dermatologist. Participants will be asked to give a health history and sign a consent form to take part in the program. Participating providers will conduct complete screenings. The Board of Directors of Citizens & Northern Corporation has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of May 4, 2015. Declaration of the dividend was made at the April 23, 2015 meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors.
A total of 13 scholarships were awarded in Guthrie’s 41st Annual Health Professions and Employee Scholarship Programs. Four scholarships were issued to children of Guthrie employees with no restrictions on academic career interest, while the remaining nine scholarships were issued to students throughout the region whose academic endeavors will be directly related to health care. All students will receive $650 a year for four years for undergraduate studies.
