Over 160 people came out to see the movie during the weekend and nearly 50 combo trays were sold.
“The Rialto Advisory Committee was thrilled to have so many little princesses attend the showing of Cinderella,” said Bradford County Regional Arts Council member Mary Beth Schoonover. “There were tiaras and glass slippers, and many young ladies dressed for the occasion. So many pretty gowns! It is heart warming to see the Rialto filled with people enjoying the fun activities and big screen adventures that only a movie theatre can bring.”
Abbey Marbaker won the grand prize: a Golden Ticket. The golden ticket entitles her to free movies at the Rialto for three months.
The following attendees won a free movie ticket: Stella Rockwell, Jenn Kropf, Jaylee Ward, Melanie Kropf, Marlee Stanton, Sharae Dean, Summar Route, Allyson Marbaker, Denise Morris and Addilyn Pepper.
The following attendees won a free popcorn at a future movie: Emily Joiner, Carolyn Thoren, Hannah Hayes, Lisa Abercrombie, Kylie Landon, Lydia Landon, Aubree Route, Madeline Cole and Lauren Slaymaker.
The Rialto will show additional family-friendly movies this summer, including Pixar’s Inside Out and Minions. The Rialto’s concession stand will have new combo trays for these upcoming movies that will include figurines and plastic take-home cups.
