The minutes were approved with two corrections - Kelsey Dowling is the vice-president, and Halley Walters name was misspelled in the minutes.
The Treasurer's Report was approved.
The Chamber held a successful Christmas Raffle. Ticket sales were down from the previous raffle two years ago, so members plan to have a bigger push for tickets next year.
So far forty-eight members have enrolled in the Chamber for 2015.
Canton High School and the Chamber hope to start a Junior Chamber Member program.
In response to some suggestions from members who are unable to attend meetings at noon, the Chamber will hold its March meeting at 8:00 am. The Chamber hopes to have a 2015 budget prepared for next month's meeting. The Chamber is also seeking new ideas for 2015. Suggestions include a Chamber mixer in the Troy/Canton area, a directory, window decoration promotions, a Pet Show, and ways to focus on business development and support for member businesses. These would be in addition to the Chamber's regular calendar, such as the Block Dance, the Car Show, Light Night and Small Business Saturday.
The Chamber will establish committees on Finance, Membership and Events.
Mr. Schoonover will work on rebuilding the chamber website. Members voted to pay a monthly $5 hosting fee. Through the website and Facebook the Chamber hopes to have a better online presence.

Animal Care Sanctuary is having a Monte Carlo Night fundraiser in Waverly on February 7.
Frontier is working on proposed sites for upgrades.
Upcoming movies at the Rialto include Night at the Museum, Annie and a special showing of Gone With The Wind. The Rialto will be the first Bradford County Theatre to host this showing.
The Arts Council will host Wisecrackers, a comedy show in Towanda. The Missoula Children's Theatre will present The Jungle Book on its visit to Canton in the last week of February. The Chamber will be selling ribbons in memory of David B. Morris to raise funds for the Missoula production.
Wiggle is busy with the winter sports schedule, and the radio station will have a special Valentine's promotion, "Win A Date With Wilber," featuring Wiggle's Shane Wilber.
Canton Borough will not have a tax increase this year.
The Canton High School football team is working on off-season training through ProCare, which also is available to the rest of the students at the school.
Schoonover's is busy working on furnaces and heating systems, and was named as a "Top Ten" Contractor by Mitsubishi Electric & Cooling.
