Daniel Bastion thanked the Township for the good job of putting his sluice pipe in.
The minutes of the April meeting were approved.
The secretary responded to these PA One Call Notices during the month:

A letter was received from Tennessee Gas Pipe Line regarding the update for the Susquehanna West Project.
The Board directed the Secretary to RSVP for the Tioga-Bradford Equipment Show.
A drilling package was received from Talisman for a well in Columbia Township.
Notice of Intent was received for Water Use at Morgan well site
The Armenia Township Newsletter has been sent out.
The Rental agreement for a roller was returned to Warner Tractor.
Mr. Horning reported these balances: State fund, $4,567.16; State Fund Money Market, $79,465.33; Township fund, $37,536.62; Township Fund Money Market, $2,627.32; CD, $84,620.49; Capital Reserve, $288,356.13; total $497,173.05. The Supervisors voted to approve the report and pay the bills.
Mr. Harris reported there was nothing to report from the last Council of Governments meeting pertinent to the Township.
Mrs. Babcock reported that these Building & Driveway Permits had been issued: Demolition permit for David Patti on Carnright Road; Driveway permit for Dan and Sue Bastion on Douglas Road; Demolition and building permits for Richard Buch on Fallbrook Road for a storage shed.
Under the Road Foreman's report, Mr. Harris said that roads are being graded and ditches cleaned.
A presentation on a new truck was given by Danielle Prebe from Peterbilt. The Board tabled the item so they could review additional information.
Talisman has agreed to help the Township with Fallbrook Road maintenance.
A water problem on Cleveland Road reported by James Smith at last meeting has been resolved.
Supervisor Harris reported that a Dirt and Gravel Roads project for Scott Road has been submitted.
The Township has received a contract from the County for the Mountain Avenue project. The Secretary was asked to have the Township Solicitor review the contract.
Eddie Legg reported all is going well at the AES Wind Farm and maintenance is continuing. He agreed to meet with the Supervisors on Monday, May 18, to inspect drainage on one of their roads.
Dust control was discussed. The Board decided the Township will only be offering the tar and chip option to residents. Any resident who wants the tar and chip should contact the Township. Mr. Legg stated he would review the option of a donation with AES. Steve Sumner from Gannon also stated he would review the donation option.
The Woods ditch bank mower has been delivered.
The Gannon Insurance coverage was reviewed by Steve Sumner with the Board.
The board agreed to the Secretary's request for a fund of $50 for incidental expenses.
Secretary reminded the Board that the office would be closed on May 19th because she would be working at the polls.
Supervisor Harwick suggested that the Township purchase a camcorder so the roads could be taped after work is completed. The Board agreed and directed the Secretary to purchase one.
