They also asked if or when the Township groomed the roads, that an area could be left for snowmobile riding. The Board asked for a listing of the specific roads and also stated that the Township’s first priority has to be the safety of vehicles traveling the roads. All agreed that some of the roads could be groomed in such a way so that an area would be left beyond the drainage ditch for snowmobiles. The Board encouraged the Club to install more trail sign-age as well. The Snowmobile Club meets the first Sunday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Snowmobile Club located on Cleveland Road.
The minutes of Organizational Meeting and January Regular Meeting were approved.

A Certificate of Occupancy for Charles and Earlene Bailey was received from Code Inc.
The Secretary completed and returned a Recycling survey from NTSWA
An Occupancy Permit was received from Code Inc. for pole barn for Floyd Kline.
Also received was a permit from Code Inc. for demolition of building for the Mignano property.
A Permit renewal notice was received from Chesapeake.
The supervisors voted to donate $100 to the Troy Historical Society.
The Board is waiting for additional information on the Northern Tier Municipal Officials Summit meeting on 25 March.
A Letter was read from AES regarding Host Agreement payment
A letter from Bradford County EMA regarding Emergency Services Grant Program will be given to EMC Ken Krise for review.
An Email from PennDOT was received regarding bridge work contact information. The form was filled out on line and returned.
The Board has no objection to the disposal of residential building plans by Code Inspections, Inc.
The Bradford County Tax Collection Committee provided information on new requirements for Tax Collector
AES faxed a copy of an email to Township Solicitor Harold Caldwell regarding Decommissioning
The report from Treasurer Gary Horning was approved with these balances: State fund,$6,275.12; State fund MM, $8,792.61;Township fund, $5,570.17;Township MM, $6,626.73; CD, $84,091.75 Capital Reserve, $301,446.55; total, $412,802.93.
Mr. Harris stated there was no COG meeting due to weather conditions.
Mrs. Babcock reported there were no Building or Driveway permits issued last month.
Tax Collector Jen Avants gave a report on the new requirements for Tax Collectors which includes appointing an alternate. She stated Tina Vaught has agreed to take the position. The necessary forms were signed by the Board.
Road Foreman Steve Harris reported that the Mountain Avenue Project is currently in the environmental review stage. According to PennDOT, because the Fallbrook bridge is less than a 20’ span it is not classified as a bridge and is the Township’s responsibility. All bridges in County now under Bradford County jurisdiction.
Talisman has revised the fracking schedule to March/April
Roads are being plowed and cindered as needed.
The Township decided to bid for gravel by project.
A Request from Bret Beardslee for letter to the PA Game Commission was completed
The Supervisors voted to approve an Ordinance on the PSATS Unemployment Compensation Group Trust.
AES Decommissioning email was explained to the Board by the Secretary.
The Flag pole bid was tabled until next meeting.
The Secretary was directed to setup a meeting with Gannon Agent to attend a Board meeting to review the Township policies.
The Contract with ADAD was agreed to and signed.
The Dirt and Gravel grant application was tabled.
