Members of the 2015 Troy High School Homecoming Court includes: Kylie Taylor and Jonn Wilcox, Cassidy Voorhees and Ben Sherman, Alexis Burgess and Alex Butcher, McKenna Comfort and Tristen Drake, Selena Fitzwater and Colin McWhinnie, Matthea Robbins and Jacob Cummings, Carly Ritz and Derek Horning, and Krista Pazzagla and Hunter Cohick. The homecoming parade and crowning will be held on October 9 with parade starting at 5:15.

Once the open date is passed, the store will close and purchases made up until that close date will be processed and shipped directly to your residence within 10-12 business days. The Arnot Ogden Medical Center School of Nursing will host an Information Session for area residents interested in learning more about nursing education and a career in the field.
The FREE session is scheduled for 10 a.m. – Noon, Oct. 17 at the Clute Education Building, located across the parking area from the Arnot Ogden Medical Center Emergency Department. For more information, interested individuals should call 607-737-4153. Registration is not required. Claudia Mack of Troy has enrolled at Alvernia University, beginning this fall (2015) semester. A graduate of Troy Senior High School Mack is a PreNursing major at Alvernia, in Reading, PA.
Mack's journey began with Orientation Weekend, Aug. 20-23, when the Class of 2019 moved into residence halls, said goodbye to parents, and joined together with First Year Seminar professors and classmates as they cleaned up areas that impact children in the City of Reading. One of the largest incoming classes in university history, the Class of 2019 also boasts the strongest academic profile of any first year class. The 2014 Homecoming Queen Miss Cassidy Jo Bellows was introduced. Miss Bellows is the daughter of Randy and Amy Bellows. While attending Canton High School Miss Bellows was active in track, cross country, National Honor Society, Spanish Club and was on Junior Prom Court. She was also an Academic and Athletic Letterman. Currently, Miss Bellows is attending Bloomsburg University majoring in Speech and Language Pathology. Miss Alaina Swain is the daughter of Charles and Angie Swain. Miss Swain is active in Football Cheerleading, Track, Athletic Letterman, and French Club. She also participates in Competition Cheer. After graduation Miss Swain plans to attend college to become a physician’s assistant. Miss Swain is escorted by Mr. Noah Barnett. Mr. Barnett is the grandson of Don and Diane Stout. Mr. Barnett is active in Track and Athletic Letterman. His hobbies include lifting and running. Following graduation Mr. Barnett plans to attend college to major in mathematics. Miss Alexa Landis is the daughter of Matt and Laura Landis. Miss Landis is active in Track, Cross Country, and Athletic Letterman. Miss Landis was on the Junior Prom Court. Her hobbies include hanging out with her friends. Following graduation Miss Landis plans to attend college. Miss Landis is escorted by Mr. Matthew Berryman. Mr. Berryman is the son of James Brian Berryman. Mr. Berryman participates in Basketball, Track, Athletic Letterman, and Ski Club. His hobbies include snowboarding and basketball. Following graduation Mr. Berryman plans to attend college for business administration. Mr. Michael Bacon. Miss Liu is the daughter of Lin Yu Ying. Miss Liu participates in Track, Spanish Club, and SADD. She is currently employed at Flavor Land. Her hobbies include eating, sleeping, and shopping. After graduation Miss Liu plans to attend college and major in education. Mr. Michael Bacon is the son of Jason and Kristi Robertson. He participates in Track and Athletic Letterman. His hobbies include running, playing football, and basketball. Following graduation Mr. Bacon plans to attend college to major in physical therapy. Miss Maggy Machmer escorted by Mr. Dylan Stone Miss Machmer is the daughter of David and Barb Machmer.
Miss Machmer participates in Volleyball, Softball, Basketball, Athletic Letterman, SADD, and Band. Her hobbies include hauling animals with her dad, playing cards, and hanging out with her friends. Miss Machmer plans to attend college to major in accounting. Mr. Dylan Stone is the son of Christopher and Jenny Stone. Mr. Stone attends Northern Tier Career Center in the Building Construction shop. Mr. Stone is currently employed at Futures Community Support Services. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and wood burning. After graduation Mr. Stone plans to go to college. Miss Rebecca Brown was unable to be there, because she was competing in the Outstanding Young Woman in Towanda that evening. Mr. Brandon Fleming is the son of Gordon and Tricia Fleming. Fleming participates in Bowling. He currently manages and owns Fleming's Lawn Care. Mr. Fleming enjoys fishing. Following graduation Mr. Fleming plans to continue expanding Fleming’s Lawn Care. * * Mr. Fleming's Homecoming candidate, Rebecca Brown, was unable to attend Homecoming festivities due her participation in the Outstanding Young Woman ceremony in Towanda. Miss Brown is the daughter of Anthony and Barbara Brown. She participates in Track, Cross Country, and Athletic Letterman. She is a member of the National Guard Teen Council, and has received the Gold Award and Citizenship Award. Miss Brown’s hobbies include decorating cakes, running, and music. Following graduation Miss Brown plans to attend college to major in Psychology. Come one, come all to the FFA Alumni meeting which is being held in Room 122 of the Canton High School next Monday, 6:30 p.m.
