By Jessie Jo Zander Greetings from downtown Zanderville. I hope everyone had a great summer.
It is that time of year again to start up bowling at Terrace Lanes Bowling Center. There are some openings on men's, women's, and mixed leagues. Call the center at 570-297-3249 and they will get you set up on a league. Also, youth bowling starts back the week of September 3rd. We have leagues on Thurday and Friday right after school (for all ages except bumper bowlers); and leagues on Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00 A.M. (for all ages including bumpers). There is transportation from the school on Thursday and Friday nights only. And yes folks, we are going to have bowling on Labor day weekend. The cost for youth bowling this year is $8.50 for 3 games (includes rental shoes). Membership will cost $12 (which includes a Terrace Lanes T-shirt) I hope to see everyone back to bowling. Next week I will start with the bowling scores. That is all for this week, if the good LORD is willing I will be back next week with all the exciting news from Terrace Lanes. Friday Happy Hour League

Prior to the races, the Rehab team psyched runners up and cheered the starting lines, then set up at the finish lines to celebrate and hand out water bottles as they arrived. At their booth, the team also stretched runners afterward to cool them down properly and identify any potential trouble areas. Brady Bryington, Canton was a member of the PA-D4 Wrestling Dual Team which took part in the Bucknell University Bison Duals, last week. There were 24 teams represented. The team won their pool and then lost two very close matches that could have gone either way to end the day with a fourth place finish. Congratulations to him and good luck during the Canton HIgh School wrestling season. Due to limited staffing, Mt.
