Mark was born in Troy on August 27, 1957 to Paul and Anna Rogers. He resides in Sylvania, Pa. with his wife Cheryl. They have two children; Ashley and Michael and two grandchildren. Candym is Michael and Ashley Rogers child and Brennan is Ashley and Brook Scotts child.
Mark started bowling in 1975 on the Monday Businessmens League and the following year he also bowled in the Bob Wright National League. His career took him away from bowling in 1978, driving truck cross country. He returned to bowling in 2007 in the Friday Happy Hour League with Dennis Beardslee. In 2010 he started working locally and started bowling in the Bob Wright National League on Wednesday as well as on Friday Happy Hour league. Now he bowls on Monday Businessmens, Wednesday Bob Wright National and Friday Happy Hour.
Mark’s career high game is 279, his career high series is 747, and he currently averages around 200 in all three leagues.
