Animal Care Sanctuary (ACS) is proud to announce they will host the premiere of the movie Max at the Sayre Theatre on August 14th. This event is free to all veterans and active military members and their families. There will be a cookout in tents beside the theatre. Tickets for the general population are $20.00.
Canines play a crucial role for our soldiers in the battlefield and also give comfort to the families at home waiting for them to come back, as well as for our veterans. Max is a dog that was paired with a soldier that loses his life and Max returns to the states and lives with the soldier’s family. It is a difficult adjustment for them all. Max is rated PG so children can also attend.
