With all the rain God has given us and some help from the birds and squirrels, transplanting some of our flowers to bare spots and God even made a sunflower come up from the bird feeder. Now we have a beautiful sunflower looking right in at us to say good morning at the kitchen window. God's beautiful garden is looking even more beautiful.
Belated birthday wishes go to Polly Wright who celebrated her birthday last week. Also to Sandy Benson on the 10th and Elsie Collins on the 11th. Happy birthday ladies!

Many residents were out for the 4th of July.
Richard and Joyce Pratt enjoyed a barbecue chicken dinner at the LeRoy Old Home Day. While there they met their neighbors Bob and Julia Beach also enjoying the day after the early morning showers.
Later, after the parade, Joyce and I rode up to Sunfish Pond to visit our cousins Pat and Roy Buck. On the way up we noticed the falls were running full and beautiful for better than the last several years. It was well worth the ride, even if you only go to the falls.
Monday morning Joyce and I enjoyed breakfast at Moose's Munchies with our son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Claire Pratt Thank you Wayne and Claire for a wonderful breakfast and visit.
Richard had the Sunday night Church services with a tribute to the Flag of the United States of America.. "You're A Grand Old Flag" and a message from John 8: 31 to 36 "The Truth Shall Make You Free." Shirley Young played the piano.
Hope everyone had a great 4th and remember the freedom we enjoy.
