Judy Bristol says 17 members of the family spent Easter with Judy and David. Their great, great nephew Grayson House will be 1 on the 9th of April. Everyone had a good time visiting.
Palm Sunday Helmut and Ruth Wicker, Schnecksville, PA, Charles and Martha Denkenberger of Montrose, PA, Jim and Joan and Scott Denkenberger of Granville and Owen and Paul Brackman of W. Leroy met at the home of Gerald and Marjorie Pratt in Windfall for Sunday dinner. Ruth and Helmut also attended Church services.
Hannah Pratt of Rockville, MD spent Wednesday afternoon and Thursday with her grandparents, Gerald and Marjorie Pratt on her way home from Wesley Seminary for Easter.
Bill and April Barnes, with Zachary and Danika along with Luke and Lauren came up for the Easter Egg hunt on Saturday. The kids had a great time, there were many kids outside collecting eggs. They also came to visit April’s parents Gary and Esther Butcher. Bill and Gloria Johnson visited on Saturday also.
Esther Butcher and sisters Gloria and Josie went Easter shopping for the kids on Thursday at the Town Centre.
Saturday, Cindy Putnam had Easter dinner for her kids and grandchildren, Brian’s kids and grandchildren.Then they went to the Granville Church of Christ for the Easter egg hunt, they all had fun despite the weather.
Tom and Julia Beers came on Friday to visit his mother Dona for the Easter weekend, Sunday evening they all got together for a birthday party for Sophie with Ben and Peggy Bulkley joining them.
Sharlene Colton had dinner with the Slotter family on Saturday evening and daughter Angie and Bailey spent Easter weekend with her.
Sunday snow was surely a surprise, when I came out of church it was like a snow storm. Then by evening it was about gone. I think Spring is pushing its way in. Just keep looking at the signs, it will be warmer soon.
