In other announcements, Robin Vanvalkenburg will be here next Thursday with vouchers for fresh fruit and vegetables for those who didn't get one before.
Sign-up sheets were posted for the Senior Citizens' Wells Park picnic and also the Bradford County Manor picnic both of which are August 20th.
We sent a thank-you card to the South Creek Sportsmen's club who donated a gift of money to our organization. The Fassett Church is looking for anyone who would like to knit or crochet items for the Red Cross. They also would like clean white sheets. The Gillett church also uses clean white or light colored sheets to make bandages for the mission field.
Mary read an articles about things that happened many years ago which most of us remembered.

Our monthly raffle was held and the winners were Dick Maury, Paul Simons, Beverly Clewell and Sylvia Roy.
We recited the Pledge of Allegiance and The Lord's Prayer. Lunch consisted of beef barley soup with minced ham sandwiches and fresh tomato salad.
