It looks a little wintery over "The Ridge" this morning. I haven't made it outside yet, but have been around nosing for news and checking what's for dinner later. It's time already for the Thanksgiving pot luck feast here on "The Ridge."
My sister Jeannette May called me from Florida earlier, where she is spending some time with her daughter, Becky and Dr. Scott. "Poor girl" was sitting in the sun by the pool with the dogs when she called.

I worked for a while at St. Michael's Christmas Bazaar and Cafe on Saturday. It was a successful event with some very talented vendors bringing their wares and crafts and of course the popular homemade soups and breads served at the Cafe for lunch. I can't forget Santa, who showed up with his cute little elf, and his sleigh, being photographed with the children.
Later on Saturday, I joined my daughter Debbie and Denny Foust and their grandson Connor Foust to attend the comedy "You Can't Take It With You" at the Montoursville Area High School.
Members of the Montoursville High School Theater Arts Club did an excellent job with the comedy. They are a talented group of students. My great grandson, Jacob Deak, played the part of Tony in the production and great grandson Joel Deak was the student set builder. On the way to the performance, we stopped for dinner at Grace's Chinese Restaurant, Montoursville.
Thursday, this last week, my great grandson Joe DeCristo treated me to lunch before he leaves the area for a warmer climate. Joe's dad David and brother Andrew DeCristo came in as we were ordering, so they joined us for the meal.
