This week went fast because of the holiday.
Friday night there were fireworks in Towanda and they were very good.
Saturday night East Smithfield had them at the lake in Big Pond. They were also good.
Both had beautiful nights.
Faith Community, Big Pond and Wetona have a new preacher, Josh Davinsizer. The people I talked to like him very much. I will get to hear him at the Galilean Service at the lake the 3rd Sunday in August.
Wayne and Juanita Gates have been busy at the airport, lately. Lance and grandson Ethan flew in two weeks ago then Ethan spent 10 days at piano camp in Ithaca, NY at the college. Only the best of the best go there. Lance flew back to Missouri. So another trip to the airport. Then ten days later went back to the airport for Lance to pick up Ehan and to attend, with proud grandparents Wayne and Juanita to a piano concert at the college on July 4th. Sunday, back to the airport.
Sandra Smith had a week's vacation at Chambers Wesleyan Camp. Sandra said that she had a good time, met new friends, and had fun with some old friends.
Birthdays: Josh Watkins, July 5th; Scott Kayani, 11th; Dania Fay, 14th.
History lesson: On July 5, 1946, the first bikini swimsuit made its debut in Paris. I've been to Paris. They need more than bikinis to cover all their nude statues.
Have a good week.
