The Canton Township board of directors met on Feb. 4. The meeting was called to order and the minutes from the January meeting were approved.

There was no report from the Tax Collector.
Solicitor Report: The contract dispute with DeCristo was discussed. The complaint is closed and will be moving forward.

Road Foreman Report: The state of the roads were discussed: salt and cinders.
New Business: Larson Design Group, Act 287 Notification, Pa. One Call, Bridge replacement project T-823 McFadden Road was discussed.
Correspondence: Canton Borough, New 2019 Workers Compensation for the Canton Fire Department, Canton township portion is $6,392.49, payable by Mar. 31, 2019; Pennsylvania DCNR, recreation and conservation grants program; Total Design Contracting letter of introduction; Bradford County Conservation District, results of fall 2018 two year maintenance inventory of completed Dirt & Gravel and Low Volume Road programs sites within Canton Township.
Construction Permits and Certificates of Occupancy/Approvals were discussed.
