His infant brother, Allen Campbell preceded him in death. Dale is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Connie (Bonning) Campbell; son, Charles D. Campbell with fiancée, Patty Santos; daughter, Pamela (Rob) Davis; grandsons, Joshua, Jordan and Maxwell Campbell, and Travis Brown; beloved siblings, Deronda (Robert) Bieri, Joyce Jones, Daphna (Harold "Tex") Watkins and Audrey (Eddie) Watkins; along with mother-in-law, Norma Batroney and several nieces and nephews.
He was a hard working man and a man of many talents. He owned and operated Kehler-Fields Inc. in Covington, as well as several other automotive businesses throughout his life. After working in the automotive field his entire life, he retired from NAPA Auto Parts in Blossburg.
In his earlier years, Dale loved riding his motorcycle and later traded that in for his pie tins. He loved to bake and cook and was well known for his pies and especially his pie crust. He loved picnicking with family and visiting with his sisters and brothers-in-law.
Funeral service was held at the Olthof Funeral Home, Elmira,NY February 27 with Lay Pastor William Baker officiating.
Interment was in the Daggett Cemetery where Military Honors were accorded
