
On August 18, 1941, Donnalee was born in Cortland, NY, a daughter of the late George and Christine (Garverick) Hart. She graduated with Canton High School’s class of 1960. Donnalee was a former member of the Church of Christ in Grover. She worked as a data entry specialist for Ithaca College until retiring in 2001. She later volunteered with the Golden Agers at the Ithaca Salvation Army.
Times spent with family were most enjoyable and very important to Donnalee; she especially loved her grandchildren. She was a NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan, enjoyed reading, watching Hallmark TV movies, and playing board games. In earlier years she loved to bowl.
Donnalee will be lovingly remembered for overcoming many hardships and health concerns during her life by relying on her faith in God.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Fleming; second husband, Darwin Morgan; siblings, Kenneth Finnerty, Jean Keech, Grace Spencer and Betty Willow, brothers-in-law; Chester Willow and Robert Keech; two special nephews, Ricky Finnerty and Alan Spencer. Also several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Calling hours are 11 – 1 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at Pepper Funeral Home & Cremation Facility, 578 Springbrook Dr. Canton. Rev. Nancy Beahm will officiate a memorial service at 1 p.m.
